The Hampton Church of God has been blessed by the dynamic leadership of Elder Tommy Smith since September 22, 2024. He is supported in the ministry by his dedicated wife, First Lady Tanya Smith and a committed ministerial and deacon staff.
Personal Interest: Elder Tommy played the trombone instrument and was offered a scholarship to FAMU; however, he enlisted in the Navy and retired after 21 years of service.
Favorite Scripture: Elder Woods’ guiding scriptural passage is: 1 Corinthians 15:58: “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”
